For optimum functionality and maximum service life, we attach great importance to an optimal fit of the insulations. To this end, we not only rely on state-of-the-art technologies, but also on a direct adaptation to the original component, if necessary.

In addition to 2D and 3D CAD software, we also have the opportunity to create models and dummies using rapid prototyping. Thus, insulation can already be designed parallel to your component design- phase.

The cutting of the raw parts is carried out on automatic cutters for maximum material efficiency and optimum dimensional accuracy.

The production of the parts takes place in specially equipped rooms with state-of-the-art machines which offer optimal working conditions for our employees to produce the best quality.

As a result, we are able to provide rapid serial-readiness and react quickly to any modifications.

Research & Development

However, we are not only improving the product-quality, but our research & development department is also constantly looking for better application possibilities and for better raw-materials.

In order to obtain conclusions on durability, user friendliness and functionality, our products are tested together with our customers over and over again before delivery and during operation.

At our test bench, raw materials, prototypes and end products are tested and optimized with the help of thermal imaging devices.

New fields of application and technologies are being researched in order to continue to offer the best solutions.

In doing so, we are very sensitive and meticulous in order to not only create top products, but also to consider ecological points of view.
