ez-isolierungen GmbH is aware of its social responsibility. This is why every year a portion of our profit is donated to social projects. With a part of this sum, we support people in need. The other part flows into the well-known foundation Wings for Life, co-founded by Heinz Kinigadner.
Company founder and CEO Anton Eberharter has been demonstrating great social commitment for decades. As a father of six children, he served as chairman of the Austrian Mountain Rescue Service in Mayrhofen for four decades and spent 16 years working as a probation officer for juvenile offenders.
For these and other activities, Anton Eberharter was awarded the Medal of Merit of the Province of Tyrol in 2011.
The motorsports legend and company co-owner Heinz Kinigadner, together with Dietrich Mateschitz, founded the state-approved Wings for Life foundation for spinal cord research, after Heinz’s son Hannes was injured at a charity race and has been paralyzed from the neck down since that day in 2003.
The private research foundation promotes international projects with the aim of finding healing methods for all paraplegia patients worldwide.
